All customers may experience slowness or unavailability during a 6-hour period from 9:00 pm PT on Thursday, August 10 to 3:00 am PT on Friday, August 11 due to a database server upgrade.
Our engineering team has identified this upgrade as necessary to ensure the optimal performance and security of our system.
This scheduled maintenance will impact users of the Web App and Assistant (i.e., Chrome extension), in addition to API users. We do not anticipate Salesforce Connector or Snowflake customers being impacted.
